-We provide a monting bracket to install the u lock and for the bike cable, we have a velcro strap which you can use it to wrap the cable around your bike handle bars.

-If the bike lock is jammed, try below ways:
1.The solution is to work it back and forth, because a reasonable amount of pressure will loosen the key and don't be afraid of breaking it, it won't.
2. If the bike lock is difficult to open because of sediment or long time of not using, some pencil lead powder can be added to solve this problem.
